License Agreement

ROMETHEME PRO MEMBERSHIP LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Rometheme Pro Membership License Agreement (“License”) governs your access to and use of products and digital resources provided through the Rometheme Pro Membership (“Membership”).

This License is an agreement between you (“Member”, “you”, or “your”) and Rometheme (“Rometheme”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing, activating, accessing, downloading, installing, or using Rometheme Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this License.

1. About Rometheme Pro

Rometheme Pro is a Membership service that provides access to an ecosystem of Rometheme products and digital resources. Products available through Rometheme Pro may include:

• WordPress Themes
• Elementor Template Kits
• Website Templates
• RTMKit Tools
• WordPress Plugins
• Icons and Icon Collections
• Design Resources
• Other digital products and resources made available through Rometheme Pro

The products available through the Membership may change over time.

Rometheme may add, update, replace, modify, or discontinue products or features included in the Membership.

Rometheme Pro provides licensed access to products and does not transfer ownership of those products or their underlying intellectual property to the Member.

2. License Grant

While your Membership is active and in good standing, Rometheme grants you a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to:

• Access eligible Rometheme Pro products;
• Download eligible products;
• Install eligible products;
• Use eligible products to create websites and End Products;
• Modify and customize eligible products;
• Use eligible products for personal projects;
• Use eligible products for commercial projects;
• Create websites and projects for clients.

This License does not transfer ownership of any Rometheme product to you.

You receive a license to use the products according to this License, not ownership of the products themselves.

3. The Rometheme Pro Ecosystem

A Rometheme Pro Membership may provide access to multiple categories of products within the Rometheme ecosystem.

Themes

Premium WordPress Themes designed for building complete websites.

Template Kits

Elementor Template Kits and website design systems for creating customized websites.

RTMKit Tools

Plugins, widgets, builders, extensions, and other tools provided through the RTMKit ecosystem.

Icons

Rometheme icon collections and related design resources.

Other Resources

Additional products and digital resources that Rometheme may make available to Pro Members.

Access to a particular product is subject to its availability, technical requirements, compatibility, Membership plan, and any product-specific terms.

4. Active Membership

An “Active Membership” means that:

• Your Membership has been successfully purchased or renewed;
• The applicable payment has been successfully processed;
• Your account is in good standing; and
• Your Membership has not expired, been cancelled, suspended, or terminated.

While your Membership is active, you may access eligible products in the Rometheme Pro Library and use them to create new projects in accordance with this License.

Rometheme may use account authentication, license keys, domain activation, API authentication, or other reasonable technical measures to manage and protect Membership access.

5. Use Across Multiple Projects

Rometheme Pro is designed as a Membership that provides access to an ecosystem of products rather than a single product licensed for a single project.

While your Membership is active, you may use eligible Rometheme Pro products across multiple personal, commercial, and client projects.

For example, you may:

• Use one Rometheme Theme for your business website;
• Use another Theme for a client website;
• Use a Template Kit for another project;
• Use RTMKit Tools on permitted websites;
• Use Rometheme Icons across permitted End Products.

All use remains subject to this License and any applicable product-specific requirements.

6. Personal and Commercial Use

Eligible Rometheme Pro products may be used for both personal and commercial projects.

Permitted commercial uses may include:

• Business websites;
• Company websites;
• Agency websites;
• Portfolio websites;
• E-commerce websites;
• Marketing websites;
• Landing pages;
• Organization websites;
• Client websites;
• Other legitimate commercial digital projects.

You may charge your clients for your design, development, customization, implementation, maintenance, or other professional services.

However, the underlying Rometheme product itself may not be sold, licensed, or redistributed as a standalone product.

7. Client Projects

You may use eligible Rometheme Pro products to create websites and other End Products for clients.

You may:

• Select an eligible Rometheme product;
• Use the product in your project;
• Customize and modify it;
• Add your own design, content, code, or functionality;
• Build the client’s website;
• Deliver the completed website to the client.

The client may operate the completed website as part of the End Product.

However, you may not transfer the original Rometheme product to the client as a standalone product for independent use, redistribution, or resale.

Permitted

Rometheme Theme → Customize → Build Client Website → Deliver Website

Not Permitted

Rometheme Theme → Download ZIP → Give ZIP to Client → Client Redistributes or Resells Theme

The same principle applies to Template Kits, Plugins, Icons, and other Rometheme resources.

8. End Product

An “End Product” means a completed work created by using, incorporating, modifying, or customizing a Rometheme product together with other content, design, code, functionality, or materials to create a larger or customized project.

Examples include:

• A completed WordPress website;
• A customized Elementor website;
• A client website;
• A business website;
• A landing page;
• An e-commerce website;
• A website interface;
• A website using RTMKit functionality;
• Other completed digital projects incorporating Rometheme products.

An End Product is distinct from the original Rometheme product.

9. WordPress Themes

Eligible Rometheme WordPress Themes may be used to create personal and commercial websites.

You may:

• Install the Theme;
• Customize the Theme;
• Modify layouts;
• Change colors;
• Change typography;
• Modify content;
• Add or remove sections;
• Customize code;
• Integrate the Theme with other software;
• Use the Theme to create client websites.

You may not:

• Resell the original Theme;
• Redistribute the Theme;
• Upload the Theme to another marketplace;
• Publish the Theme as a free download;
• Repackage the Theme as your own product;
• Create a competing Theme based on the Rometheme product;
• Claim ownership of the original Rometheme Theme.

10. Elementor Template Kits

Eligible Rometheme Template Kits may be used to create customized websites.

You may:

• Import Template Kits;
• Modify templates;
• Customize Global Styles;
• Change colors and typography;
• Replace images and content;
• Combine templates;
• Add your own sections;
• Add your own functionality;
• Create websites for yourself or clients.

You may not:

• Resell the Template Kit;
• Redistribute the original templates;
• Upload the Template Kit to another marketplace;
• Publish the Template Kit as a free download;
• Repackage the Template Kit as another product;
• Create a competing template library based on Rometheme products.

Template Kits are licensed as resources for creating websites, not as resources for creating and distributing other template products.

11. RTMKit and Rometheme Tools

RTMKit and other Rometheme software products are licensed software.

While your Membership is active, eligible Members may download, install, activate, and use applicable RTMKit Tools according to the applicable Membership and product requirements.

You may use RTMKit Tools to build and manage websites.

You may not:

• Resell Rometheme software;
• Redistribute plugin files;
• Publicly share plugin files;
• Sell activation keys;
• Share account credentials;
• Circumvent licensing or activation systems;
• Reverse engineer the software except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• Repackage the software as your own product;
• Create a competing software distribution based on Rometheme software;
• Remove proprietary notices where prohibited.

Certain components of Rometheme Themes or Plugins may be distributed under the GNU General Public License (“GPL”) or another open-source license.

Where a separate license applies to a particular component, that license governs the applicable component to the extent required by law.

12. Icons and Design Resources

Eligible Rometheme Icons and Design Resources may be incorporated into permitted End Products.

You may use Rometheme Icons in:

• Websites;
• User interfaces;
• Dashboards;
• Applications;
• Landing pages;
• Marketing materials;
• Client projects;
• Other permitted digital designs.

You may not redistribute the original icon files as standalone resources.

You may not:

• Sell the Rometheme Icon Pack;
• Upload the icons to an asset marketplace;
• Create a competing icon library using Rometheme Icons;
• Publish the icons as a free download;
• Provide the original icon files to another person for independent use.

The License permits use of the Icons as part of an End Product, not independent redistribution of the underlying assets.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Rometheme Pro products to:

13.1 Redistribute Products

Sell, share, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make Rometheme products available as standalone digital products or assets.

13.2 Create Competing Products

Use Rometheme products as the primary basis for creating competing products, including:

• WordPress Themes;
• Template Kits;
• Plugin Libraries;
• Icon Libraries;
• Design Asset Collections;
• Website Template Libraries;
• Membership Libraries;
• Other substantially similar competing products.

13.3 Marketplace Redistribution

Upload or distribute Rometheme products or substantially similar versions to third-party marketplaces or digital distribution platforms.

13.4 Free Redistribution

Redistribution is prohibited even when no money is charged.

This includes distribution through:

• GitHub;
• File-sharing websites;
• Public cloud storage;
• Telegram;
• Discord;
• Forums;
• Free download websites;
• Resource websites;
• Other public distribution channels.

13.5 Account Sharing

You may not share your Rometheme Pro account with unauthorized persons or provide access to the Rometheme Pro Library beyond the number of users or seats permitted by your Membership plan.

14. Product Modification

You may modify and customize eligible Rometheme products for permitted End Products.

Modification may include:

• Design changes;
• Layout changes;
• Typography changes;
• Color changes;
• Content changes;
• Code modifications;
• Integration with other software;
• Addition or removal of functionality.

Modification does not transfer ownership of the original Rometheme product to you.

You may not redistribute a modified product as a competing or substantially equivalent standalone product.

15. Membership Expiration

When your Membership expires, is cancelled, or is terminated, your access to the Rometheme Pro Library will end.

After your Membership ends, you may no longer:

• Download new Pro products;
• Access Membership-exclusive products;
• Start new projects using products that require an Active Membership;
• Receive Membership-exclusive updates;
• Receive Membership-exclusive support;
• Activate subscription-dependent software features where an Active Membership is required.

Completed Projects

If an End Product was created and completed while your Membership was active and your use complied

with this License, you may continue to use that completed End Product after your Membership ends.

For example:

You create and launch a client’s website using a Rometheme Template Kit while your Membership is active.

Your Membership later expires.

The completed website may continue to operate and be used.

You are not required to remove the completed website solely because your Membership has expired.

However, expiration of your Membership does not grant you an ongoing right to download new products or

use Rometheme Pro products to create new projects without an Active Membership.

16. Product Updates

Rometheme may provide:

• Bug fixes;
• Security updates;
• Compatibility updates;
• Improvements;
• New features;
• Product updates.

Membership-exclusive updates are generally available only while your Membership remains active. Rometheme does not guarantee that every product will receive updates indefinitely.

17. Support

Active Rometheme Pro Members may receive support according to the support level included with their Membership plan.

Support may include:

• Installation assistance;
• Configuration guidance;
• Product troubleshooting;
• Bug reporting;
• Compatibility assistance;
• Documentation;
• Technical guidance.

Support does not automatically include:

• Custom website development;
• Custom plugin development;
• Custom design services;
• Unlimited development services;
• Support for third-party software.

18. Product Availability

Rometheme continuously develops and updates its product ecosystem.

Rometheme may:

• Add products;
• Remove products;
• Replace products;
• Update products;
• Change technical requirements;
• Change compatibility;
• Discontinue products;
• Add Membership benefits;
• Modify the contents of the Rometheme Pro Library.

Purchasing a Membership does not guarantee that a particular product will remain available indefinitely.

19. Third-Party Components

Some Rometheme products may contain or integrate with third-party components, including:

• Fonts;
• Images;
• Icons;
• Libraries;
• Open-source software;
• APIs;
• Scripts;
• Frameworks;
• Other third-party materials.

Such components may be subject to separate licenses.

Where a third-party license applies, you are responsible for complying with the applicable license.

20. Intellectual Property

Rometheme and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Rometheme products and intellectual property, except where a separate license expressly provides otherwise.

This may include:

• Themes;
• Template Kits;
• Plugins;
• RTMKit;
• Icons;
• Graphics;
• Source code;
• Documentation;
• Product names;
• Logos;
• Trademarks;
• Brand assets;
• Other proprietary materials.

Your Membership does not transfer ownership of these materials to you.

21. License Protection and Enforcement

Rometheme may use reasonable technical measures to protect its products and Membership service.

These measures may include:

• Account authentication;
• License keys;
• Domain activation;
• Plugin activation;
• API authentication;
• Download controls;
• Usage limitations;
• Rate limiting;
• Account verification.

Attempts to bypass, disable, circumvent, or manipulate these systems may constitute a violation of this License.

22. Suspension or Termination

Rometheme may suspend or terminate your Membership or applicable license rights if you materially violate this License.

Examples include:

• Unauthorized redistribution;
• Unauthorized account sharing;
• Circumvention of licensing systems;
• Fraudulent activity;
• Unauthorized resale;
• Creating competing products in violation of this License;
• Abuse of the Membership service;
• Repeated violations of Rometheme policies.

If your Membership is terminated because of a material violation, you may be required to stop using affected Rometheme products, subject to applicable law.

Termination does not transfer ownership of Rometheme products to you.

23. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Rometheme Refund Policy applicable to your purchase.

A refund or cancellation may result in cancellation or termination of Membership access and associated license rights according to that policy.

24. Changes to This License

Rometheme may update this License from time to time to reflect changes to:

• Products;
• Membership services;
• Technology;
• Business operations;
• Legal requirements;
• Security practices.

The latest version of this License will be published on the Rometheme website.

Where permitted by applicable law, continued use of Rometheme Pro after an updated License becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised License.

25. Relationship to Other Rometheme Policies

This License should be read together with other applicable Rometheme policies, including:

• Terms of Service;
• Privacy Policy;
• Refund Policy;
• Acceptable Use Policy;
• Product-Specific Licenses;
• Other applicable Rometheme policies.

If a conflict exists between this License and a product-specific license, the product-specific license will govern the applicable product to the extent of the conflict.

26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This License is subject to the governing law and dispute-resolution provisions specified in the applicable Rometheme Terms of Service.

Any dispute arising from or relating to Rometheme Pro will be handled according to the dispute-resolution procedures established in the Rometheme Terms of Service.

Nothing in this provision is intended to limit any consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable law.

27. Acceptance

By purchasing, activating, accessing, downloading, installing, or using Rometheme Pro, you confirm that:

• You have read this License;
• You understand the rights granted to you;
• You understand the restrictions;
• You agree to comply with this License.

If you do not agree to this License, you must not purchase, access, download, install, or use Rometheme Pro.

✕ Create competing products from Rometheme assets

✕ Sell Rometheme Template Kits as your own products

✕ Sell Rometheme Icons as standalone icon packs

✕ Redistribute RTMKit as your own software

After Your Membership Ends

Completed projects created in compliance with this License during your Active Membership maycontinue to be used.

However:

Access to the Rometheme Pro Library and use of Pro products for new projects require an Active Membership.
