How to Use & Customize Post Block Widget

The Post Block Widget places multiple posts in an aesthetic post block layout. The purpose of this widget is to let you organize and display your posts on your website.

Follow the step-by-step instructions:

1. Go to Menu Romethemekit.

2. And you will be able to see the Post Block Widget.

3. Click Add New Container.

4. Select your layout : Flexbox or Grid.

5. On the canvas select your structure.

6. Drag the widget from the Elementor 

7. Drop it on the selected area.

8. Setting Layout :

  • Click Content → Layout.
  • Setting your layout here.

9. Setting Query :

  • Click Content → Query.
  • Post Count → used to set the number of posts that will appear.
  • You can also setting your post by category or select the post.

10. Setting Meta Data :

  • Click Content → Meta Data.
  • Click Add to add New Meta Data.
  • Click Icon Library Choose Icon Click Insert.

11. Setting Button :

  • Click Content → Meta Data.
  • Click Yes to add icon.
  • Click Icon Library Choose Icon Click Insert.
  • Setting Icon Position & Alignment.

12. Wrapper Style (used to customize the post style) :

  • Click Style → Wrapper.
  • Customize the background color, radius, padding, margin and border type.

13. Content Wrapper Style (used to customize the content style) :

  • Click Style → Content Wrapper.
  • Customize the background color, box shadow, height, radius, padding, margin and border type.

14. Featured Image Style (used to customize the image style) :

  • Click Style → Featured Image.
  • Customize the min and max width, box shadow, border, radius, margin, padding, and css filter.

15. Meta Data Style (used to customize the meta data style) :

  • Click Style → Meta Data.
  • Customize the direction, typography, alignment, margin, padding, icon spacing, icon size, text, icon and background color, border and radius.

16. Title Style (used to customize the title style) :

  • Click Style → Title.
  • Customize the typography, alignment, margin, padding, color and shadow title.

17. Content Style (used to customize the content style) :

  • Click Style → Content.
  • Customize the typography, alignment, color, hover shadow text, and margin.

18. Button Style (used to customize the button style) :

  • Click Style → Buttton.
  • Customize the typography, padding, radius, icon spacing, text and background color.

19. Floating Category Style (used to customize the floating category style) :

  • Click Style → Floating Category.
  • Customize the typography, position, radius, margin, box shadow, border type, text and background color.

20. Don’t forget to click Publish to save the changes.
