System Status Check

System Status is highly recommended to make sure everything is configured correctly. Make sure your System Status matches the required specifications as shown in the image below.

To view your System Status, you can follow these steps:

• On your Dashboard, navigate to RTMKit > System Status.

• The System Status page will display all the technical details about your site environment.
• Make sure all the values meet the recommended requirements to avoid compatibility issues like the picture below.
