My Purchase Code is Not Working

If you have encountered with your purchase code, use this guide to help you troubleshoot:

• Check for blank spaces when copying and pasting the code
• Check the item you are validating. Some WordPress themes are sold with plugins included. The purchase code for the theme will not work for these plugins.
• There could be a problem with the Author’s API integration system.
