How to Get an Email Notification About The Form Entry

If you don’t get an email notification when a visitor fills out the contact form, follow these steps:

1. Go to the menu RTMKit

2. Click Theme Builder.

3. Click Form.

4. Click Edit on your Form.

5. Click the Confirmation tab, and enable the button option to send Confirmation Email to User.

6. Enter the Email Subject, Email From, Email Reply To and Thankyou Message

7. Don’t forget to click Save Changes.

8. Click the Notification tab, and enable the button option to send Notification Email to Admin.

9. Enter the Email Subject, Email From, Email To and Admin Note

10. Don’t forget to click Save Changes.
