First To Do After Update v.2.0

Issue

After updating to v2.0, some users may encounter the following:

• The RTMKit widget does not appear in the Elementor Editor, even though the plugin is active.
• The widget is also missing in the Live Preview.

Although the plugin shows as active in the dashboard, RTMKit features will not function until a setup step is completed.

Don’t worry — we’re here to help you get them back in no time.

Solution

1. Go to the WordPress Dashboard

• Log in to your WordPress admin panel.

2. Access the RTMKit Tab

• From the dashboard menu, click RTMKit.

3. Complete the Setup Wizard

• Run the RTMKit setup wizard.
• Make sure all steps are completed until the status shows “Completed”.

4. Open the Elementor Editor

• Open the Elementor Editor.
• The RTMKit widget should now appear and don’t forget click Publish.

4. Result / Verification

• Verify in Live Preview to ensure everything works correctly.

Notes

• This setup wizard step only needs to be done once after updating to v2.0.
• If the issue persists, ensure that both Elementor and RTMKit are updated to their latest versions.
