Create a Menu & Header For Mega Menu

Before creating your Mega Menu, make sure you have created a Menu and Header on your website first.

Follow the steps below to create a responsive and engaging navigation experience for your visitors.

Step 1 – Install and Activate the Required Plugin

Before creating your first mega menu, you need to install and activate the RTMKit, RTMKit Pro & RTM Mega Menu Builder plugin on your WordPress website.

• Navigate to Plugins → Add New Plugin.
• Upload the RTM PRO & RTM Mega Menu Builder plugin (.zip) .
• Click Install Now.
• After the installation is complete, click Activate.

Step 2 – Create A Menu

Make sure you have already created a menu for your website before setting up your mega menu.

• Go to Appearance → Menus.

Step 3 – Add the Mega Menu Widget to Your Header

• Go to RTMKit → Theme Builder → click Header Tab.
• Then, click Edit with Elementor in your header.

• Drag and Drop the Mega Menu Widget to the container.

• Select the menu you created in Step 1.
• Then, customize the content according to your desired design.

• Click Offcanvas to customize the menu layout for responsive devices.

• Click the Style Tab to customize the menu appearance.
• In the Menu Wrapper section, you can customize the menu’s layout, background, and other styling options.

• In the Mega Menu Style section, you can customize the appearance of your mega menu.

• In the Mega Panel Style section, you can customize the style of the submenu displayed in your Mega Menu Builder.

• In the Badge Style section, you can customize the appearance of the menu badge.

• In the Hamburger Style section, you can customize the hamburger menu style for responsive devices.

• In the Offcanvas Style section, you can customize the appearance of the offcanvas menu on responsive devices.

Once you have finished customizing the mega menu style and responsive settings, make sure all your settings are configured according to your desired design.
