A smooth registration experience is the first step to turning visitors into members. With RTMForm PRO, you can build a fully branded registration page right inside Elementor, without relying on the default WordPress sign-up screen.

Step 1: Create a New Page

From your WordPress dashboard, go to Pages → Add New Page. Give your page a clear title, such as Register, then click Edit with Elementor to open the editor.

Step 2: Add the Register Widget

In the Elementor panel, scroll down to the RTM Form Pro category, or simply type Register in the search bar. Then drag the Register widget and drop it into your page.

  • A default registration form will appear instantly, ready for you to customize.

Step 3: Set Up the Content

  • Click the widget, then open the Content tab. The settings are organized into several sections, so you can fine-tune each part of the form independently.

Content

  • Click Content Section.
  • Show Label – show or hide the labels above each input field.
  • User Role – choose the role automatically assigned to new users after they register, for example Customer, Subscriber or Contributor.

Form Field

  • Click Form Field Section.
  • Manage the fields in your registration form. Each field can be expanded to adjust:
  • Label – the text shown above the field.
  • Placeholder – the hint text shown inside the field, for example Input Your First Name.
  • Input Type – the type of data the field collects, such as First Name, Last Name, Email, or Password.
  • Width – set the field width to create multi-column layouts, for example placing First Name and Last Name side by side at around 50% each.
  • Use Add Item to add new fields, or the duplicate and remove icons to manage existing ones. You can also drag fields to change their order.

Submit Button

  • Click Submit Button Section.
  • Use Icon – show or hide an icon on the register button.
  • Submit Button Label – change the button text, for example Create Account or Join Now.
  • Icon – choose an icon from the Icon Library or upload your own SVG.

Notification

  • Click Notification Section.
  • Notify to Admin? – send an email notification to the site admin whenever a new user registers.
  • Notify to User – add a checkbox that lets new users choose to receive a registration email.
  • Position – place the checkbox Before Submit Button or after it.
  • Text – change the checkbox text, for example Send me a confirmation email.

After Registration Success

  • Click After Registration Success Tab.
  • Choose what happens once a user successfully registers.
  • Auto Login? (Yes) – new users are logged in automatically and sent to the page you select in Redirect After Login, such as the Homepage or a welcome page.
  • Auto Login? (No) – users stay on the page and see a confirmation message. Customize it in Message Success, for example Your account has been successfully created.

Step 4: Style the Registration Form

Switch to the Style tab to match every element of the registration form with your brand.

  • Wrapper – adjust the padding, margin, vertical and horizontal spacing between fields, background, border, border radius, and box shadow of the form container.
  • Label – set the typography, color, and spacing of the field labels.
  • Input – style the input fields, including typography, padding, border radius, text and placeholder colors, background, and border, with separate Normal, Hover, and Focus states.
  • Notification – style the email notification checkbox, including its text typography, padding, checkbox spacing, checkbox and checkmark size, colors, and border for Normal, Hover, and Checked states.
  • Submit Button – make the button full width, then customize its typography, icon position, padding, border radius, icon size and spacing, text, icon, and background colors, border, and box shadow, with separate Normal and Hover states.
  • Message – style the success and error messages shown after submission, including typography, position, entrance animation, padding, margin, width, colors, border, and box shadow.

Step 5: Publish and Preview

  • Once everything looks right, click Publish to make your registration page live.
  • Your custom registration page is now live.
