Buy A New Plan

If you’re a new user, you can purchase a plan through RTMHub to access the RTM addons and features you need for your website.

Follow the steps below to choose your plan and complete your purchase.

Step 1 — Make Sure You’re Logged In to RTMHub

• Make sure you are already logged in to your RTMHub account before proceeding with the next steps.

Step 2 — Go to the Plans

• From your RTMHub dashboard, click the View Plans button.
• You will then be directed to the Upgrade Plan page.

• RTMHub provides two payment options:
  Yearly — Pay for your plan on a yearly basis and keep your subscription active as long as it remains renewed.
  Lifetime — Make a one-time payment to get lifetime access to the selected plan. Lifetime plans are available with limited stock.

Lifetime plans are available with limited stock and require a one-time payment.

Step 3 — Choose Your Plan

• Select the number of Addons, the number of Sites, and your preferred Payment Option based on your website needs.
• Choose the combination that best fits your requirements, then click Get Started to continue to the next step and complete your purchase.

Step 4 — Confirm Plan & Select Addons

• In this step, select the Addons you want to use with your plan > click Proceed to Checkout.
• If you’re not familiar with the available addons or need more information before making your selection, you can read the Detail Available Addons.
• If you have purchased a plan that includes more than one addon, you don’t need to select all of them right away.
• You can choose the addons you need now and activate the other available addons later when you’re ready to use them.
• As new addons become available in the future, they may also be added to your plan, depending on the plan you purchased.
  
  Important: Please choose your addons carefully. Once your addon selection has been confirmed, you cannot change or replace the selected addons later. Make sure you have selected the addons that you need before proceeding with your purchase.

Step 5 — Complete Your Purchase

• Before completing your purchase, make sure you review the Terms & Conditions carefully.
• Once you understand and agree to the terms, check the I agree to the Terms & Conditions checkbox. By checking this box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable Terms & Conditions.
• At the moment, payments are available only through PayPal.
• Click the PayPal Subscribe button to continue with the payment process.

• You will then be redirected to PayPal. Log in to your PayPal account and follow the instructions provided by PayPal to complete your payment.
• After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an invoice via email after your purchase. If you don’t see the invoice in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

Step 7 — Plan Activated

• Make sure that your plan is active in your RTMHub account. You can check your plan status directly from the Dashboard.

Step 8 — Connect Account

• Once your plan is successfully activated, you can continue to the next step by connecting your RTMHub account to your website.
