Connecting RTMHub with Your Website (For RTMKit PRO User)

If you are an RTMKit Pro user, follow the tutorial below to learn what you need to do after updating RTMKit to version 2.1.5.

This tutorial will help ensure that your RTMKit Pro license remains active, allowing you to continue accessing and using all PRO features available in RTMKit.

1. Deactive and Delete RTMKit PRO

• Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
• Navigate to Plugins → Installed Plugins.
• Find RTMKit PRO.
• Click Deactivate → click Delete to remove the old version of RTMKit PRO.

2. Update RTMKit to Version 2.1.5

• Please ensure your server’s PHP version is updated to version 8.3 or higher
• Go to RTMKit Menu
• Click Settings
• Then, click Version Control -> Update to v.2.1.5

Note: If you have Automatic Updates enabled for RTMKit, that’s perfectly fine. You do not need to manually update RTMKit to version 2.1.5.

You only need to deactivate and delete your existing RTMKit PRO plugin before proceeding with the next step.

3. Go to RTMHub and Log In

Go to my.rometheme.net and log in using the email address you used to purchase RTMKit PRO.

4. Reset Password

• Don’t worry if you don’t remember your account password. Simply click Reset Password.

• You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account.

• After resetting your password, verify your email address using the verification link sent to your email.
• Once your email has been verified, go back to my.rometheme.net and log in using your new password.

5. Connect Account

• Go back to your website’s WordPress Dashboard and connect your RTMHub account to RTMKit.
• Open your WordPress Dashboard.
• Go to RTMKit → Settings →Account.
• Click Connect Account.

• You will be asked to log in to your RTMHub account again.
• Enter your RTMHub account credentials and complete the login process.
• Once the login is successful, your account will be connected successfully to RTMKit.
• You will also see that you have access to 4 addons, which you can select from the Addons menu.

6. Select And Activate Your Addons

• Go to Features → click Addons
• Select the addons you want to use from the Addons menu, then click Install → Activate to enable them.

7. Addon RTMTemplates Information

• If you select and activate the RTM Templates Addon, the Template Kit menu will be enabled and available on your WordPress Dashboard.

8. Addon RTMElements Information

• If you select and activate the RTM Elements Addon, you can use the PRO widgets, which are now renamed RTMElements.

9. Addon RTMWoo Information

• If you select and activate the RTM Woo Addon, you can use the Woo widgets.
• Note: Before activating the RTM Woo Addon make sure the WooCommerce plugin is installed and activated on your website.

10. Addon RTMBlog Information

• If you select and activate the RTM Blog Addon, you can use Single Post to customize and display individual blog posts on your website.

11. Done !

Your selected addons are now active based on your preferences. This setup helps keep your website lighter and more optimized, because only the addons you need are activated.
