On the login page, click “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions to create a new password.

• On the RTMHub page, click “Reset Password” to continue.

• You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account.

• After resetting your password, verify your email address using the verification link sent to your email.
• Once your email has been verified, go back to my.rometheme.net and log in using your new password.
